KINGSLAND - SEMI AUTOMATIC 2-AXIS CNC TABLE

Range of application

Punching of plates, flat steel, in the web of channel and on the flange of channel and `I' beams.

The punching of the web in channel is effected with the flanges up and by using extended length punches. The table is suitable for use with all standard Large Hole units within the machine range.

The table is delivered complete with servomotor and 2 axis measuring system, and is equipped with an easy to operate Robosoft K210 control and LCD - screen.

There is space for up to 255 programs, each with a total capacity of 800 steps. A program is made step by step by entering each X and Y value. Free DNC software can be supplied with the control, so that you can connect it to a PC and save and load as many programs as you want.

The CNC Control System ensures the required accuracy within a hole pattern with several gauge lines. Especially advantageous is the repeatability accuracy when manufacturing repeat batches.

The use of labour intensive manual layout is no longer required and the manual adjustment of the stops is eliminated. The work piece is pushed to the CNC Controlled stop, after punching the stop moves to the next programmed position, etc..

The CNC Controlled Table can be fitted to all Kingsland - Multi-D, XS-D and Ultima-D Steelworkers and all Punching machines ( with a 24" Deep Throat ).

The higher specification M600 Control is supplied in lieu of the standard K210 control.
