An automatic positioning material gripper unit controlled by a single axis Type 550 Control, with a digital display and 24 button keypad. The software allows for programming of up to 8 programs with a total of 80 position stops in various modes of generation, including: single position, manual operation and position calculation for bar processing applications. Unit supplied complete with 4 support legs, adjustable gripper unit and 3 roller guides. Speed 25 M per minute. The standard beam length is 4.0 metres, giving an operating distance of 3.6 metres.
This unit can be DNC linked to a compatible computer (cable extra), so that programmes written on a P.C. using software supplied with the unit can easily be sent to the 550 Control.
