The 'ClampMaster' is a freestanding positioning table and can be retrofitted to any make of Steelworker or Punching machine.

For punching plates, flat steel, in the web of channel and on the flange of channel and `I' beams.
The punching of the web in channel is effected with the flanges up and by using extended length punches. The table is suitable for use with all standard Large Hole units within the machine range.
A pneumatically operated twin gripper assembly mounted on ballscrews, automatically positions the work piece during the punching program.
Sprung steel balls are recessed within the 2 table surfaces to assist plate movement and to minimize plate marking. The tables are mounted on a sturdy metal frame with height adjustable legs, and are positioned either side of the punch station.

The K210 Controller and LCD screen are mounted in a stand-alone cabinet, and have been developed to execute punching jobs in a fast and repeatable way with high accuracy.
There is space for up to 254 programs, with a total capacity of 800 steps. A program is made step by step by entering each X and Y value. Free DNC software can be supplied with the control, so that you can connect it to a PC and save and load as many programs as you want.
An optional Robosoft M600 control is available as an alternative to the standard K210.
The M600 unit features:
9 inch LCD - screen.
Standard I.S.O. code programming.
The control can carry out linear, square, rectangular and circular arts
of any size of opening requested in the punching process.
The work piece hole pattern is graphically simulated on the screen.
Each program, complete with graphic simulation can be stored on disk.
Disk memory - 720 kB, 3.5" disk drive.
The CNC Control System ensures the required accuracy within a hole pattern with several gauge lines.
The ClampMaster CNC Controlled Table can be fitted to all Kingsland Steelworkers and Punching machines that have a 24" deep throat .
