HACOBEND 2D

The Hacobend 2D software (for ATS 600 - ATS 900) is your perfect work-preparative tool without suffering any production loss and is the best help to find a solution for all your bending problems, relying on our long experience with pressbrakes and bending applications.

The programmes prepared on the external PC can be transmitted to control of the machine in two possible ways:

• With 3.5" disc;
• With direct connection to local network

This software gives answers to certain questions in job preparation.

• Can a certain complicated work piece be bent on my pressbrake?
• If not, why not?
• Can it be done with another set of tooling?
• What is the optional bending sequence?

These and other questions can be answered using the Hacobend 2D software, based on our long experience as a manufacturer of pressbrakes and their applications. The software contains a pressbrake and tooling geometry library which offers the possibility to prepare all your programmes. It calculates the optimal bending sequence with selection of the optimization level and gives a graphic simulation of the bending process on screen.

You can send a programme directly to the CNC Control by using the 3.5" disc or with direct connection to local network.
